Due to COVID-19 Pandemic shipping and processing times are extended. Please allow 24-48 hours for orders to be processed. Domestic/ international shipping times to be extended 7-14 days depending on courier.

  1. Shipping fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from ADA ADA, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

USA

Standard US Delivery - $8.95
Express US Delivery - $ 9.30 approximately Delivered within 1 - 2 working days.

All US orders are shipped with USPS, FEDEX, UPS and DHL and are fully trackable. FEDEX/ DHL will not deliver on Public Holidays. We determine the most cost-effective courier at the time of purchase based on your location.

Please note during busy sale periods order processing may take slightly longer (up to 7-14 working days).

  1. Delivery claims

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 5 days to file a claim.

We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).

ADA ADA does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

  1. Out of stock items

If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock: we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order and issue a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock.

  1. ADA ADA’s reserved rights regarding shipping

While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, in order to protect our customers, ADA ADA reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.

We do not change shipping addresses from the address that is on file at checkout and cannot guarantee order cancellation once placed. 

Additionally, ADA ADA reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:

An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, ADA ADA reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

  1. Customs and Import fees

As all orders are currently shipped from the United States and so you may be subject to additional import fees upon delivery for international shipments.

  1. Returns and exchanges*
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
    • Items must be unworn, unwashed and unsoiled.
    • we can exchange your item for the correct size or provide store credit.
    • Items must have all tags attached, if applicable.
    • Beauty products and accessories cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
    • Any returns must be made at your own cost. You must retain you proof of postage until you have received your refund, just in case your order is lost on its way back to ADA ADA.

  1. How to track returns and exchanges

As soon as we have processed your refund, you will receive an email notification. Please note it can take 3-5 working days for the payment to show in your account, depending on the card issuer. We will send email updates on the status of exchanges.

  1. Cost of returns

We are currently unable to offer a free returns & exchanges. Returns must be made at your own expense. Please return using a standard trackable service and retain tracking information.

  1. Return processing times

We try our best to process returns ASAP, but on rare occasion it may take up to 21 days for your refund to be processed after you have returned your item(s) to us. If you have not been refunded after 30 days of returning the item(s), please contact us with the proof of postage information on your Post Office receipt and we will immediately investigate this for you.
